Tuf Loss For Kimbo
Kimbo had a chance to show the world that he is a true mixed martial artist. The stage was set against former International Fight League Heavyweight champion, Roy Nelson. Nelson easily owned the first round, sending short punches to the top of the head of Kimbo. Kimbo caught Nelson with a hard punch to start the second round, but was eventually taken down by Nelson. The referee eventually stopped the fight, giving the victory to Nelson.
Kimbo knows that he is not yet a legitimate MMA contender.
