Lyoto Machida explains what makes him a great fighter once he steps into the Octagon.
“Anybody can be beat,” he said. “But that’s what motivates me to keep going out there, training hard, staying focused, and my goal is that every time I have the opportunity to present myself in the Octagon… I’m always going to come prepared and come in the best shape of my life. Thank God I have my family around and my team, they always expect a lot of me, so they’re always there to stay on top of me and keep me humble, keep me focused, and keep me motivated to get in there and represent my family and my karate well.”

JunieBrowningJunie Browning was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly assaulting three nurses. Browning was taken to St. Rose Dominican Hospital by two friends after he overdosed on anti-anxiety pills. Browning then tried to leave and became angry at the nurses, punching and kicking two male nurses and pushing a female nurse. Dana White terminated Browning’s UFC contract after hearing about the incident.
“He was given an amazing opportunity, but he has some serious issues that are beyond me and what I can do,” White told reporter Kevin Iole. “I’m there for guys and I realize nobody is perfect and guys are going to get into trouble. When that happens, I want to try to help and do something for them. But he needs more help than I can give him. I did what I could for him.”
